TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE SALE OF WOODEN BICYCLES
1. INTRODUCTORY PROVISIONS
These Terms and Conditions govern the rights and obligations between the seller and the buyer in connection with the sale of handcrafted wooden bicycles.

3. ORDER AND CONTRACT
Each wooden bicycle is custom-made. An order becomes binding upon confirmation by the seller. The contract is concluded when the order is confirmed.
4. PRICE AND PAYMENT
All prices include VAT. Payment is made via bank transfer or in cash, depending on availability. Production begins upon receipt of payment or deposit.
5. DELIVERY TIME AND SHIPPING
The standard production time is 4–8 weeks. Delivery is carried out either in person or via a contractual carrier. Shipping costs are borne by the buyer unless otherwise agreed.
6. WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT
For custom-made products, withdrawal from the contract is not possible after production has started, in accordance with Section 1837 of the Czech Civil Code.
7. WARRANTY AND COMPLAINTS
The bicycle frame is covered by a 24-month warranty.
The warranty does not cover:
• Mechanical damage
• Frame overloading
• Improper maintenance
• Exposure to extreme conditions
8. WOODEN FRAME MAINTENANCE
The frame requires regular maintenance. Store in a dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture.
WARNING – UV RADIATION
Wood is a natural material sensitive to UV radiation. Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight may cause changes in wood coloration.
9. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
Customer data is stored solely for the purpose of order fulfillment and is not shared with third parties. Data processing complies with GDPR regulations.
10. FINAL PROVISIONS
These terms are valid as of May 10, 2025, and may be amended unilaterally by the seller. By confirming the order, the buyer agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
